TYPE 12 Hubbed Slip-on Flange


Slip On Flange has a low hub as the pipe is inserted onto the bore of the flange before welding. The pipe is welded into inside and outside of the bore of the flange in order to guarantee sufficient strength and prevent leakage. The bore of all slip on flanges is slightly larger than outer diameter of the pipe connected.

TYPE 13 Hubbed Threaded Flange


Threaded Flange is similar to slip-on flange. However, it has a screw thread of female screw on the bore of the flange. The most important advantages are that the threaded flange can be bonded without welding and used in highly explosive areas with danger or low-pressure process and welding at toom temperature.

EN1092-1 Type 32 Weld-on Collar Plate


The Weld-on Collar Plate flange is a ring flange without any bolt holes, it's used with type 02 loose plate flange.

BS4504 101 Plate Flange


Plate Flange is the most common flange, it 's wihtout a low or high hub. The pipe is welded onto inside of the bore of the flange.

BS4504 105 Blind Flange


Blind Flange is a flange without a bore. This flange is used for easy access to lines in which one side of rear part of piping system is closed or reopened after closure and to interior of pipe.

BS4504 111 Wedleing Neck Flange


Welding Neck Flange is generally referred to as a "high hub" flange. It is designed to transfer pressure to the pipe and reduce high pressure at the base of the flange. Welding Neck Flange is a butt-welding flange with the best design among currently available flanges because of its unique structure.
